Google Reviews of G4S Secure Solutions
I have been with the company as of this month 4 years now. I have traveled to another state for them and they took care of everything for that. I have never had problems with my checks or scheduling as I’ve seen in other reviews but to each is own I make sure I stay in good standing communications any time I’m working anywhere and my supervisor is on top of what it is that I am doing so the end results is flawless great company with great opportunities if you apply yourself and make yourself available for the opportunities.
Poorly trained on civil rights and authority outside of their jurisdiction.
Went in for an interview at the main office she said I sound like a good fit for the position so she told me she would send over my information to the site supervisor and I’ll have to interview with him. He calls me to set up the second interview at the site for a upscale officer. I get to the interview then BOOM! There’s 3 people there to interview me 🤷🏾♀️ In my mind I’m like oookay did I apply for a supervisor position on accident or what? So anyway, the head guy I can’t think of his name introduced himself and the other 2 ladies who were there during the interview. After that he immediately started asking me question using G4S terms. Something about a green , black and red. I had no clue what he was talking about! Then after that weird question he asked me what I would do about in this situation type question. I answered his question right but he insisted my answer was wrong but when he explained the answer IT WAS THE SAME ANSWER I GAVE just worded different🤦🏾♀️ This guy was VERY arrogant, like that one person that’s ALWAYS right? Yeah, that’s how he came off. He made me look at G4S totally different! I should have followed my first mind and passed on the second interview because that was a red flag that they do too much. We live and we learn!
